JAKARTA (IFT) – A publicly-listed property company, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), recorded the highest pre-sales proceeds in the first quarter 2011, compared to its two competitors, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) and PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (BSDE), according to the IFT Research Department. This was mostly derived from the sale of housing units and lots.
