Mayor Rahm Emanuel said today he will wait until a review of credit card usage at city “sister agencies” is completed before deciding whether to give a vote of confidence to Chicago Housing Authority CEO Lewis Jordan. The mayor ordered the CHA and other city agencies to stop using credit cards last week after a preliminary review revealed some employees used them to pay off red-light camera tickets and pay for gifts and expensive dinners.
